Canceling the reservation The cancellation of the reservation of the different activities offered will be subject to this policy and general terms and the particular conditions that may be established at the time of payment. In general, Enjoy WaterSports SL allows cancellation at no cost to the Client: Up to 14 days before carrying out the contracted activity, the Client may cancel, the amount paid will be fully refunded as a reservation guarantee. On the other hand, and in accordance with the provisions of article 103 of Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, as the exercise of the same is excluded in these cases as it involves the provision of a service whose execution is understood to be initiated by administrative, logistical and material issues. If it is canceled during the last 72 hours, the cancellation will imply a penalty that will be detailed in the offer, it will be 50%. In any case, canceling within the last 24 hours will not give the right to any refund of the amount paid and 100% of the amount will be charged for the activity. For group reservations of more than 4 people, the cancellation of the reservation will be free as long as it is made at least 14 days in advance of the date of the activity. However, if the cancellation is within 72 hours of the reservation date, it will mean the loss of 50% of the amount paid per reservation. And if they do not show up for the activity or it is canceled in the last 24 hours, 100% of the price per activity will be charged. Withdrawal: you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion. This withdrawal is free and does not carry a penalty, and must be communicated as quickly as possible. Refund: the refund will be effective within 7 calendar days. If any activity has a particular cancellation policy, this will be reflected in the offer, during the reservation process and in the receipt, voucher or coupon of the reservation. Enjoy WaterSports S.L, may cancel the booking at any time due to unforeseen circumstances and always will the safety of the users as a priority, automatically refunding the amount paid without the user being able to claim any other additional amount (taxi, travel to the pick-up point or the point where the activity takes place). In these cases, Enjoy WaterSports SL will notify the User as quickly as possible through the means of contact indicated in their reservation.
